Building a Progress Ledger
We do not grade against a state rubric, but we do keep score against ourselves. The ledger is a plain notebook, one line per subject per week.
It is deliberately low-tech. Writing the entry by hand forces us to actually notice whether the week moved forward or just felt busy.
Looking back over six weeks of entries has already changed what we plan for the next six.
